I consider many factors when developing targeted nutrition and lifestyle protocols for my clients, beginning with an individual’s past and present dietary habits, current health status, as well as mental and emotional states. I further consider other factors such as life stage, cultural heritage, culinary skills, financial realities, lifestyle, professional endeavors, and personal goals.

Each client’s needs are unique. While my suggestions are informed by science and data, a client’s experiences and innate wisdom about their bodies are indispensable to our joint investigation and help complete my recommendations. Collaborations with my clients’ families, loved ones, and other healthcare providers deepen and broaden my understanding of their needs, helping me strengthen my support for them.
